That's all from our side!
Charlotte Dean | Player of the Match:?Really happy with how the game played out, the bowlers around me made it very comfortable and easier for me. In T20 I find it really important not to get stuck bowling the same ball again and again and need to vary the pace and see how the batters react. I have a gut feel on where people are trying to hit me and I plan accordingly. I usually try to target the stumps more often.
Alice Capsey:?It didn't go to plan in the end but important thing was we got along fine and won the series. We are quite excited about playing here, looking forward to going again tomorrow. Charlie Dean was fantastic, she bowled excellently along with Sarah Glenn and Sohpie Ecclestone. Our seamers followed up as well. Half of us were training in Oman and the other half were in Australia playing the WBBL so it was actually nice to get everyone together. Plan is to win tomorrow.
9:55 PM:?Captain's Speak (Post-match)
Heather:?A really brilliant spin and the crowd was outstanding, you really felt the pressure out in the middle. She (Dean) bowled a lot for us in the powerplay, she also allows us to have that balance in the side and I thought our bowling group bowled really well. I thought it was quite hard for our openers and I thought Renuka bowled really well and the job was to score as many in the powerplay and not lose too many wickets. We have a Test match coming up and we want to win the series 3-0.
Harmanpreet:?Another 30-40 runs could have made a huge diifference. Proud of my team, we fought till the last run which is good to see. We always want to play with a positive approach, but unfortunately some of us didn't read the ball well and they also bowled really well and didn't allow us to score freely. After losing early wickets, we were thinking 120, but couldn't do it. But still, our bowlers were ready to take up the challenge and bowled the way we wanted.
