In response, RR were humbled by Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the first over as he dismissed Sanju Samson and Jos Buttler early but Riyan Parag and Yashasvi Jaiswal made the chase, look easy. Trent Boult started with the first over for Rajasthan Royals and the dynamic duo of Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma opened the batting for SRH. Head was dropped by Riyan Parag on the first ball of the over and it went to the boundary ropes. Just six runs from the first over.

Sunrisers Hyderabad openers could not do much in the powerplay this time as they were reduced to 37/2 in the first six overs. Abhishek Sharma lost his wicket to Avesh Khan and Sandeep Sharma dismissed Anmolpreet Singh early in the powerplay.

Travis Head smashed a boundary on the third delivery then took a single on the next to complete his half-century in Trent Boult's over. He took 37 balls to reach the milestone.

Yuzvendra Chahal came to bowl the 16th over and was smashed for back-to-back sixes by Heinrich Klaasen in the first two deliveries. In the 16th over, Ashwin was hit for two sixes by Nitish Reddy.

Heinrich Klaasen and Nitish Reddy accelerated the batting in the death overs and made some quick runs to take the total past the 200-run mark. The duo collected 12 runs each from Avesh Khan's 18th and Trent Boult's 19th over. In the last over bowled by Sandeep Sharma, they added 15 runs and helped SRH set a 202-run target for Rajasthan Royals.

The in-form pair of Jos Buttler and Yashasvi Jaiswal opened the batting for Rajasthan Royals and Buvneshwar Kumar started with the first over. He got rid of Jos Buttler with the second delivery of the over and bowled Sanju Samson on the fifth delivery. Riyan Parag and Yashasvi Jaiswal are at the crease.

After losing two early wickets, Riyan Parag and Yashasvi Jaiswal settled their eyes at the crease and rebuilt the innings. Both completed the fifty-run stand for the third wicket and managed to add 60 runs from the powerplay. The current run-rate is good and both batters need to keep going like that to reach the target with ease.

Shahbaz Ahmed was introduced into the attack in the 11 over and Yashasv Jaiswal completed his fifty with a boundary on the first delivery. Riyan Parag followed his partner and completed his half-century with a boundary on the fifth delivery.

Captain Pat Cummins came to bowl the 16th over and dismissed the set batter Riyan Parag as he holed out to Marco Jansen after playing a fine knock of 77 runs in 49 balls. Cummins conceded just three runs from the over.

Pat Cummins bowled an economical 19th over and conceded just seven runs to left 13 runs to defend in the last over. R Ashwin took a single on the first delivery. Rovman Powell came to the strike and took two doubles, then a four, then again a double to make the equation - 2 runs needed on the last ball. Bhuvi bowled a full-toss delivery, Powell missed it completely and it went directly to hit his pads. He was given out and SRH won the match by one run.

We have played some really close games this season, won a couple of them and lost this one. Credit to the SRH bowlers for the way they fought back. The margin of error is very low in the IPL. The game is never done till it is done. It was tough to bat against the new ball and when it got old, it became easier. Credit to both youngsters (Jaiswal and Parag), myself and Jos (Buttler) got out in the powerplay, they played well and got us to that position.

I am good, was an amazing game. That's T20 cricket. Anything can happen, Bhuvi executed that last ball. You try to take some wickets in the middle. Natarajan is a good yorker bowler, fortunately we got some wickets. Played some games here and thought 200 could have been chased down. He (Nitish Reddy) sums up the conditions pretty well, he's amazing, great in the field and gives some overs with the ball as well.

I think that's my nature, I wasn't thinking much about the result in the last over. There was no discussion in the last over, was just focussed on the process. Was thinking just about bowling two good balls, anything could have happened. I wasn't thinking much, was just focused on the process. The ball swung so much today, can't really pinpoint, really enjoyed bowling. Luckily got wickets today. When the season started my thought process was different but it changed when the batters played in such a way. My thought process changed completely to be honest (from the time the time season started to today.)
