Congress leader and Former MP Manvendra Singh Jasol and his family were invloved in a car accident which took the life of his wife, Chitra Singh on Tuesday.

The vehicle was carrying the Congress MP, his wife Chitra Singh and their son Solanki Singh. The father and son are currently being treated at a hospital in Alwar.

The vehicle was carrying the couple along with their son Solanki Singh and the accident took place in Rajasthan's Alwar on Tuesday.

The car was on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, near Khushpuri village when the accident happened.
Reportedly, the driver lost control of the car and collided with a wall.
The driver of the car along with the father and son are being treated at a hospital in Alwar currently.
BJP veteran Jashwant Singh's son, Manvendra Singh, used to be the MP for Barmer from 2004 to 2009. He left the BJP in 2018 and joined the Congress.
