After 10 years, elections are being held in Jammu and Kashmir, 5 years since the abrogation of Article 370. As Northern Kashmir districts prepare for the final phase of the assembly election on October 1, we visited Handwara, one of J&K’s oldest towns to hear the voices of the people, from Article 370 to unemployment. Election results will be announced on October 8.
